Job Description
The Human Resources Manager – Operations is responsible for partnering with the Manufacturing Leadership team to support the development and retention of team members while helping the organization achieve Tiara’s operational goals and uphold its Corporate Values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably supporting a manufacturing or production environment.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, HR operations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Experience supporting performance management, compensation practices, and workforce development initiatives preferred.
- Experience using HRIS systems; experience with Paycom preferred.
