Requirements

• Experience in a customer service training environment
• Hands-on experience using AI to improve learning outcomes
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify knowledge gaps and act on insights
• Experience managing projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in English, together with either Swedish or German
