Job Description
The Truss Plant Supervisor is responsible for the overall performance of the manufacturing facility, including production, quality, and safety, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a wood component manufacturing operation
- 3+ years in a supervisory or managerial role in a manufacturing facility
- Experience in truss cutting and assembly
- Maintenance experience of truss equipment would be helpful
