Lead Machine learning (ML) Engineer

Ticketek Entertainment Group seeks a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design and evolution of a world-class recommendation and decision engine, and to transition from legacy architectures to modern, serverless cloud environments.

Requirements

• Lead the design and evolution of a world-class recommendation and decision engine
• Transition from legacy architectures to modern, serverless cloud environments
• Build a "Single Customer View" platform that integrates real-time data pipelines, Vertex AI, and transactional API solutions
• Partner with Data Scientists to transition experimental models into robust production services
• Design automated, scalable pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment using Vertex AI
• Architect highly scalable Cloud Data Warehouses and Single Customer View logic using Python, Go, and SQL
• Manage complex workflow automation using Cloud Composer (Airflow) and Cloud Workflows
• Design streaming data applications using Dataflow (Apache Beam), Cloud Run, and Pub/Sub
• Build optimized data models in BigQuery and AlloyDB
• Apply SRE principles to diagnose faults in distributed systems and implement advanced monitoring via Google Cloud Operations Suite
• Manage multi-cloud (GCP/AWS) infrastructure using Terraform and GitHub Actions
• Implement secure authentication frameworks and ensure all data handling exceeds GDPR standards
• Drive FinOps initiatives through serverless conversions and resource rightsizing
• Design automated, scalable pipelines for training, evaluation, and deployment using Vertex AI
