The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end build of complex events and provide expert technical oversight for access control systems.

- Ticketing & Industry Expertise: A strong understanding of ticketing operations and processes
- Communication Excellence: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Relationship Management: A proven ability to develop new and existing relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Problem Solving: The ability to resolve client and customer problems in a helpful and efficient manner
- Technical Aptitude: An understanding of, or the ability to quickly learn, ticketing systems and digital platforms
