The Account Manager, Guest Management & Credentialing role is responsible for delivering successful client onboarding projects for our Event Management platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4+ years of professional work experience
- Customer service and/or customer success experience
- Sports, entertainment, and hospitality experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proven presentation and executive meeting planning
- High personal integrity, ethics, and credibility
- Technical aptitude with software configuration and troubleshooting
- Experience with workflow-driven SaaS platforms
