As an Assistant, People & Office Operations, you will play a key role in supporting TicketManager’s most important asset—our people.
Requirements
- Manage the day-to-day operations of TicketManager offices
- Oversee office supplies, kitchen stock, and common area upkeep
- Coordinate catering and food service for weekly team meals, executive lunches, and onsite meetings
- Provide administrative support for Finance
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior leaders
- Assist senior leadership with logistical coordination
- Support People Operations initiatives
- Assist with internal communications and coordination of cross-functional updates and initiatives
- Prepare and maintain meeting spaces
- Monitor and maintain office equipment, supplies, and facilities
- Keep shared files, photos, and records organized and up to date
- Collaborate with cross-office teams
