Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

TicketManager is a fast-growing, profitable company that values ownership, collaboration, and excellence. The FP&A Manager role is responsible for building and owning the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis as the company rapidly scales.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 3-6 years of progressive finance experience in FP&A, with a focus on high-growth SaaS, technology, or enterprise services companies
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills
• Experience with ERP systems, CRM platforms, and BI/reporting tools
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and drivers, and translate analysis into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
