We are looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Regional Marketing Manager – LATAM (Including Brazil) to deliver and execute regional marketing campaigns, brand activations, and CRM workflows across LATAM.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in marketing execution, regional marketing, marketing operations, or campaign management
- Strong experience running multi-market campaigns and coordinating stakeholders across countries/teams
- Exposure to CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and experience supporting workflows and email campaign execution
- Fluent in Portuguese + Spanish; English is required for central team alignment
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel
- LATAM market understanding is essential; Brazil-based profile preferred
- Industry experience is a plus
