Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a General Manager (Site Leader) to lead a small team of 10-15 employees and create a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of customer & team facing leadership experience and be able to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer & team facing leadership experience
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills
• A willingness to work on equipment and get your hands dirty
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions
