Fraud Alert Review Analyst

Tide is looking for a driven Fraud Alert Review Analyst to help ensure the company detects and prevents all aspects of fraud. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring transactions and behaviours across the member base, spotting and investigating potentially suspicious activity, and making recommendations for process improvements to prevent future occurrences of fraud.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a Transaction monitoring, Fraud risk related role in financial services
• A good eye for detail and ability to identify suspicious activity
• Ability to work well as part of a team; decisive; goal-oriented; proactive
• A genuinely curious mindset, asking the right questions at the right times, with a problem solving attitude
• C1/C2 level of spoken and written English
