As a KYC Analyst, you will review and verify member data and documentation, liaise with internal compliance personnel, and identify areas of improvement to enhance efficiency and member experience. You will work in a non-call centre environment and be expected to work weekends occasionally.
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Natural curiosity about KYC principles and processes
- Preferably experience working in KYC/compliance and a strong understanding of CDD and EDD processes
- Professional work experience, preferably in financial services though gaming would also be highly advantageous
- Previous client service experience or dealing with third party suppliers/partners
- An analytical mind – able to digest large data sets and spot patterns and trends with ease
- Good computer literacy
