Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in payments (bank, PSP, fintech) with proven experience working with agile/scrum delivery teams.
- Deep expertise in fintech user experience, payments and connectivity, particularly card payments, with extensive experience in fintechs or banks across global markets.
- Strong understanding of fintech onboarding, activation and usage experiences.
- Ideally familiar with banking-as-a-service (BaaS) integrations, payment processing and transaction flows, Open Banking and domestic and cross-border payment rails.
