Job Description
Tides Family Services is seeking a Functional Family Therapist to provide comprehensive counseling services to families facing challenges in a community-based setting. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment goals, providing in-home counseling, and ensuring quality service metrics. The team supports youth and families by matching them with appropriate services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Master's degree from an accredited school in social work preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and registered vehicle required.
- Knowledge of FFT therapy (2-4 years experience preferred).
- LCSW/LICSW/LMHC preferred.
- Fluency in English, Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole preferred
