Job Description
Tidewater Fleet Supply/TNT Parts is looking for a Heavy Duty Parts Specialist to grow existing customers, create new customers, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
Requirements
- Sell based on Tidewater Fleet Supply/TNT Parts value proposition
- Generate new and repeat sales by educating customers about products
- Accurately process customer transactions
- Proactively recommend items needed by the customer
- Service existing accounts
- Respond to telephone inquiries from customers
- Locate and obtain parts
- Process buyouts for non-stocked parts
- Keep counter and parts room neat and clean
- Maintain active and proactive customer relationship
