Customer Service Representative

The Call Center is part of a bigger team of people who are the frontline role in providing customers with exceptional experiences. The job encompasses customer service, sales, accounting (accounts receivable) and daily interaction with the Operations Team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years' experience in call center, customer service, and/or reception position
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office and Gmail
• Experience with databases and spreadsheets
