Portable Restroom Delivery Driver Supervisor

Tidy Services is seeking a Portable Restroom Delivery Supervisor to lead a team of delivery drivers in the Roanoke and Salem area. The supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Manage day-to-day operations for portable toilet delivery services
• Ensure all weekly/monthly delivery stops are completed on their assigned days
• Work with dispatchers to schedule and route delivery stops
• Manage the end-of-day check-in process
• Coordinate driver meetings
• Ensure new drivers are trained properly
• Review weekly demand/volume for routes
• Perform necessary discipline for drivers
• Drive initiatives in continuous improvement, training, and efficiency
• Develop reports and analyses for operational performance and efficiency
