TIE International is looking for a Director: Training and ICT Projects to develop training content, lead ICT projects, and support ICT learners. The role requires fluent German and a tertiary education in computer science. Experience in computer science, web technologies, OOP, databases, VM, containerization, security, and quality management is also necessary.

Requirements

• Develop training content further and experiment with various tools and technologies
• Lead ICT projects (project management, cost estimation, customer contact) together with learners
• Develop and refine internal processes and structures and maintain quality management
• Accompany ICT learners on their training path and support them as a coach
