We are a young active network of small animal practices and clinics throughout Germany.
Our mission: "Together, we work daily to create the best experience for animals and humans."
For us, that means continuously improving working conditions for veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and assistants.
For example, we ensure family-friendly working hours, modern practice equipment, innovative technologies, and we invest in a network-wide training and further education academy.
These investments strengthen our practice teams and improve the experience for animals and customers sustainably.
Our community is characterized by diversity in the network.
We appreciate each other and consider the expertise and goals of each employee.
We promote exchange between practices.
As a network, we can handle the many challenges of the industry, such as staff shortages, high workload, and outdated practices, and ensure sustainable animal health.
In many regions, we are already active:
There, we provide and create veterinary care structures.
Since our founding in 2019, Tierarzt Plus Partner has established itself as a trans-regional network for veterinary practices.
