Client Advisor, Contact Center (Full-time Perm)

The Client Advisor is responsible for delivering luxury best-in-class client experiences and sales across multiple contact channels by listening to each client's personal needs and supporting them through elevated and authentic written and verbal communication.

• Strong computer experience working on multiple software platforms
• Ability to multitask – handling phone, email, and live message platforms
• Flexibility to work a varied 5 day in-person schedule that includes days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Authorization to work in the United States on site
