Job Description
Provide administrative support to President-Korea, including diary management, meetings, travel arrangements, and communication coordination. Additionally, maintain office environment, supplies, and services, as well as provide general administrative support.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree or above
- At least 3 years experiences as Executive Assistant, preferably in a foreign company
- Fluent verbal/written English skills
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of sensitivity of confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task effectively with an excellent sense of priority, logic and objective
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
