Blue Box is seeking a passionate and solutions-driven Operations Coordinator to join their Pitt Street store team. This role will oversee all Back of House operations including Merchandising, Customer Service, and Client Services. The position focuses on ensuring timely completion of repair orders, resolving customer inquiries, and building customer relationships. Requirements

• Ensure all repair and service orders are managed and completed in a timely manner.
• Apply consultative one-to-one selling and product knowledge.
• Provide the highest standard of customer follow-up.
• Troubleshoot and provide solutions.
• Manage inventory and build strong customer relationships.
• Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
