Job Description
The role of a Client Advisor within the Tiffany brand involves embodying the Tiffany brand experience for clients, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will be a brand ambassador, communicator, and proactive salesperson focused on delivering exceptional service and customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or luxury retail or relevant client-related experience.
- Proven track record in achieving Commercial results.
- Ability to connect with the client
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
- Ability to work with a diverse client base.
- Proficiency with Point of Sales (POS) systems, client tracking systems and Microsoft Outlook/email.
- Must have authorization to work in the United States or the country where the position is based.
