Job Description
Tiffany & Co. is seeking a talented Store Manager from across the country to lead their luxury retail business in Los Cabos. The role involves driving store strategy, leading the sales team, providing customer service, and developing a winning culture. The ideal candidate will possess experience in sales generation and project management, with a focus on luxury retail.
Requirements
- Minimum five years’ experience leading teams of at least 15 people in a retail or client-focused environment (i.e., hospitality, events, banking, etc.)
- Experience in sales generation and managing the achievement of sales results
- Experience working towards targets and KPIs
- Experience partnering with high-net-worth individuals in a selling environment
- Demonstrated trust, integrity, fairness, and professionalism
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours
- Advanced English proficiency
- Preference for jewelry/gemstone technical knowledge
