Job Description
Tiffany & Co. is seeking a Team Manager, Sales for their New York location. The role involves leading and supporting a team of sales and operations personnel, ensuring exceptional client experiences and elevating store visibility. The team Manager will also focus on sales generation, service delivery, and operational excellence, embodying the LVMH Values. Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of retail or luxury retail store management experience or customer related experience.
- Proven track record in sales generation and achievement of commercial results.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Power Point, Client tracking systems and Point of Sales (POS) system.
