Head Women's Basketball Coach

Tiffin University seeks a dedicated and passionate individual to serve as the Head Coach for Women’s Basketball. The Head Coach will lead and manage all aspects of the athletic program, including recruiting, coaching, mentoring student-athletes, and ensuring compliance with NCAA and university policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred
• Proven experience as a head coach, assistant coach, or relevant coaching experience at the collegiate level
• Strong knowledge of NCAA rules, regulations, and compliance policies
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively motivate and mentor student-athletes
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Ability to work effectively with diverse student-athletes, staff, and university personnel
• Commitment to the mission and values of Tiffin University, emphasizing academic success and personal development
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
