Job Description
Tiffin University is seeking a Part-Time Stipend Coach for the Women's Rugby team. The ideal candidate will have a background in rugby coaching and a passion for developing student athletes. This stipend position offers flexible hours based on practice and game schedules, with a focus on student engagement and development.
Requirements
- Lead and facilitate team practices and skill development sessions.
- Develop and implement game strategies, training plans, and season goals.
- Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of student-athletes.
- Recruiting student-athletes, scheduling, and travel planning.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
