Lead Business Systems Analyst

Tiger Analytics is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to drive technology solutions that support critical banking functions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience working in financial services, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and leading cross-functional teams across the SDLC.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in banking/financial services
• Strong understanding of banking products, processes, and regulations
• Experience with requirements gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and Agile methodologies
• Solid experience in data analysis using SQL
• Experience working with APIs, system integrations, and data flows
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to lead projects and coordinate across multiple teams
