We are looking for a Country Director to lead all aspects of country-level strategy and operations in Ethiopia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of senior management experience and 15+ years of working experience in programme and project management in the health sector.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of senior management experience in a similar role
- 15+ years of working experience focused on programme and project management in the health sector, particularly in Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) and HIV targeting adolescents and young people
- Experience managing a multidisciplinary operational team
- Proven track record overseeing multi-million-dollar projects and meeting major donor compliance standards
- An eye for new business opportunities and the networking capabilities to help Tiko grow
- Excellent communications skills with experience in representing organizations at various fora
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Amharic
