As a Program Manager in our Advertiser Experience LATAM team, you will partner directly with our clients in collaboration with the Sales team to enhance advertisers' experience on our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Policy, Training, and Operations to assess and optimize existing services, providing qualitative and quantitative feedback on emerging issues. You will also develop strategic playbooks and initiatives in the LATAM region driving support each quarter and each half, driving improvements.
