Agency Manager - TikTok LIVE - Cairo

The LIVE MENA Operations team is focused on building a scalable, healthy, and high-performing TikTok LIVE ecosystem. We are looking for a LIVE Partner Growth & Incubation Manager based in Cairo, responsible for expanding the local agency ecosystem while incubating and scaling partners through structured programs, community operations, and data-driven execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• Experience in account management, partner management, business development, or operations within digital media, social platforms, entertainment, or the creator economy
• Experience working with agencies, MCNs, talent managers, or creator facing organizations
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence partners and drive clear next steps
• Comfortable using data to manage performance, including KPIs, reporting, and basic analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
• Fluency in Arabic and strong working proficiency in English
