Algorithm Engineer Graduate (TikTok Shop Global E-Commerce, Supply Chain and Logistics) - 2026 Start (PhD)

This role focuses on optimizing the variety and cost-saving of assortments and the speed & quality of fulfillment for their global e-commerce services. You will build logistic and warehousing networks, create supply chain data portraits, predict user needs, and optimize platform efficiency through data analysis, machine learning, and operations research.

Requirements

• Final year PhD graduates in Computer Science, engineering or quantitative field.
• Proficient in machine learning and statistics.
• Familiar with the principles and model structures of common machine learning and deep learning algorithms.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python/Java.
• Familiar with at least one common machine learning/deep learning framework (TensorFlow/PyTorch etc.).
