Channel Partnerships Manager, VN

TikTok is seeking a skilled Partnership Manager to oversee relationships with advertising agencies and drive revenue growth for the TikTok & Tokopedia business. The role involves building strong relationships, developing strategic account plans, and negotiating deals to promote TikTok's solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a primary point of contact for agencies, fostering growth and uncovering opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ad-tech sales or agency media planner or strategy roles
• Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms, the ad-tech ecosystem and ad measurement metrics for branding and performance
• Candidates with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
• Demonstrated experience in working with cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written English and Vietnamese communication skills
• Ability to be goal-oriented, take initiative, work independently within a team environment.
