The Client Solutions Vertical Manager will be responsible for driving strategy, owning revenue targets, and ensuring flawless campaign execution within the Apps Vertical. They will report into the Group Vertical Director and serve as the advocate for their category both internally and externally, acting as the voice of the customer to influence go-to-market and product strategies.
Requirements
- Become a subject matter expert in Apps and clearly articulate how TikTok can best serve these clients.
- Train and empower the team to serve as external product consultants, educating clients and agencies on alpha and beta product solutions, scalable innovations, and best practices to grow existing partnerships.
- Partner with Vertical Leadership as a strategic thought partner, identifying priorities, growth opportunities, and efficiencies through data-backed recommendations and competitive insights.
- Leverage data to identify consumer trends and lead your CSM team in developing and evolving playbooks that drive measurable client business outcomes.
- Coach and develop Client Solutions teams on consultative, data-driven campaign analysis and selling at scale, while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Maintain up-to-date expertise on TikTok’s features, ad units, measurement, attribution, and KPIs, and consult clients on how to link platform value directly to ROI.
- Collaborate with Product to drive innovation by systematically surfacing advertiser needs and feedback to inform product roadmaps.
