Consumer Communications Manager (Campaigns), Global T&S and Technology Communications

We're looking for a creative and experienced communications professional to join our Global Trust & Safety and Technology Communications team. This role will focus on global campaigns and proactive storytelling that brings to life how TikTok creates a safe, positive experience for our community, and teens in particular.

Requirements

• A/BS degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field
• 5+ years' experience in consumer PR, brand communications, or creative agency
• Experience working for an agency and in-house at a global company
• Experience managing large-scale, multi-market campaigns from concept to execution
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects
• Press office or crisis communications experience
