Job Description
The Creator Manager, Cross-Platform will be part of the Creator Management team responsible for managing and growing Top Creators at scale for North America (NA) on TikTok. The role involves reviewing, selecting, and onboarding eligible creators, hosting top creators for best practices sharing, and using dashboards to understand portfolio performance.
Requirements
- 5+ years of working experience focused on the creator and content ecosystem
- Strong track record of working across teams, organizational structures, geographies to drive impact
- Exceptional creator/partner management capabilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
