Creator Operation Manager Intern (TikTok Shop - Operations) - 2026 Summer (BS/ MS)

TikTok is seeking a Creator Operation Manager Intern to join their team in Los Angeles. The intern will be responsible for managing key accounts' business performance, growing live shopping content, and acting as a bridge between creators, partners, and sellers. This 12-week internship aims to provide students with industry exposure and hands-on experience, with summer start dates in May and June 2026. The team is passionate about shaping the future of shopping and creating an innovative, secure, and intuitive e-commerce experience for TikTok users.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master Degree
• Able to commit to working for 12 weeks during Summer Fall 2026
• Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives
• Curious, self-motivated, bias-for-action
• Passionate and dedicated in negotiation and driving collaborations
• Effective communicator, able to convey complex content concepts
• Graduating December 2026 onwards with the intent to return to the degree program after the completion of the internship (Preferred)
• Quick learner, achieving results in a fast-paced environment
• Creative mindset and thought process
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
• Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving
• Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms
