Creator Partnership Manager (TikTok Shop, Singapore)

The Creator Partnership Manager will drive the end-to-end strategy for acquiring, incubating, and scaling high potential creators within assigned verticals. The role will involve recruiting, screening, and connecting with high-potential content creators and vertical talents, designing and implementing a complete creator incubation system, and overseeing the Merchants & Creators matchmaking strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years or more experience in e-commerce or affiliates
• Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
