The role involves owning creator programs end-to-end, partnering with Product, and digging into program data to spot problems and build solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in program management, marketing, or a closely related field
• Solid grasp of the creator economy and hands-on experience working with creators
• Comfort with data — dashboards, self-serve tools, and basic querying to drive decisions
• Sharp communicator, written and verbal, across all levels
