Data Science Manager - TikTok Ads

TikTok is seeking a Data Science Manager to join their TikTok UED Monetization team. The team aims to enable and inspire clients to effortlessly connect with audiences and maximize brand potential through data-driven decision-making. The Data Science Manager will lead a high-performance team, build analysis pipelines, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive monetization and sustainable revenue growth for TikTok.

Requirements

• MS or PhD in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, etc.
• 5+ years of experience in managing and mentoring data science, data engineering, and analytics teams in a technology company
• Experience with statistical software (e.g. R, Python, MATLAB) and database languages (e.g. SQL)
• Experience building data science models (Regression, Decision Trees, K-Means, etc.)
• Experience with large data sets and analytical tools, e.g. Hive, Spark
