Data Scientist Intern (TikTok Shop Business Product DS) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

TikTok is seeking talented Data Scientist Interns to join their Global E-commerce Data Science team in 2026. The team utilizes data analysis and scientific methodologies to drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the user experience. As an intern, you will conduct data analysis, design and analyze A/B tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building data infrastructure and dashboards. The internship offers industry exposure, hands-on experience, and a vibrant blend of social events and development workshops.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics or other quantitative disciplines
• Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R
• Solid foundation in statistics, with hands-on experience in A/B testing, regression analysis, and causal inference
• Strong data visualization skills
• Results-driven, highly self-motivated, and accountable
• Excellent team player with strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be able to commit to a 12-week full-time work period during Summer or Fall 2026
