Employment Counsel/ Senior Employment Counsel, Dublin or London

We are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join our Global Employment Law team in Dublin or London. The successful candidate will provide strategic and practical legal advice to HR and business stakeholders globally, and handle litigation matters involving TikTok in all regions where the company operates.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in Ireland / the UK, with 5+ years experience
• Significant employment law experience in private practice with a highly regarded firm and/or an in-house legal department
• Proven ability in navigating cross-border employment law issues in various jurisdictions
• Demonstrated judgment, personal integrity, interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to work as a team player and effectively collaborate with colleagues
