Requirements
- Build, shape, and execute a global strategy, vision, and success metrics for a key account.
- Drive revenue growth, expanding direct partnerships with top global advertisers.
- Establish and nurture senior client relationships, positioning TikTok as a key strategic partner.
- Collaborate with regional sales teams to align global strategies with regional market execution.
- Negotiate Joint Business Partnerships (JBP) agreements, ensuring alignment with client and internal objectives.
- Use data and analytics to build consultative solutions that maximize client impact.
- Partner with internal teams (Product, Sales, Consumer, Content) to drive TikTok’s global business objectives.
- Represent TikTok at key industry and client events.
- Lead a globally distributed team, fostering high performance and collaboration.
