The Governance & Experience Project Intern will support ongoing projects, conduct research, analyze data, and work with cross-functional teams to help design, test, or improve systems and processes for the TikTok Shop platform.

Requirements

• Support the design or rollout of governance processes, policies, or operational improvements
• Conduct research or benchmarking to inform team decisions
