The Growth Marketing Senior Manager (eCommerce, Malaysia) is responsible for leading the planning and execution of growth marketing initiatives to drive GMV growth, user acquisition, and engagement in Malaysia. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, marketing execution, and cross-functional orchestration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, growth marketing, or integrated marketing roles within eCommerce, tech platforms, digital marketplaces, or high-growth consumer internet companies
- Proven experience leading large-scale marketing campaigns that drive measurable business growth (e.g., GMV, user volume, conversion rate improvements)
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, product, and operations teams
- Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
