Head of Top Creators Partnership and Operations-TikTok Shop

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Head of Top Creators Partnerships and Operations to join our team, responsible for developing a Creator Ecosystem Strategy & Acquisition and incubating and developing top creators.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, content platforms, or creator ecosystems
• Proven experience managing top creators or MCNs, preferably in commerce-driven environments
• Strong experience in live commerce and short-form content operations
• Experience leading teams (5–10+ members)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
