HR Business Partner- Global E-Commerce GNE - Singapore

TikTok is seeking an HR Business Partner for its Global E-Commerce Governance and Experience (GNE) team in Singapore. The role involves partnering with regional and global leaders to align people plans with business strategy, driving change to develop talent and support growth. The ideal candidate will understand business priorities, translate them into a people agenda, and collaborate across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 5 years HR experience, HRBP experience is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or above is required.
• Experience working with diverse teams and in a scaling global organization.
• Understand the fundamental work of each module of human resources, and have practical experience in recruitment, performance management, etc.
• Experience in project management, change management, cultural transformation and independent program driving.
• Ability to multi-task and to work through complexities in an ever-changing and high-growth business environment.
• Hold in-depth knowledge of compliance and labour laws.
