IPR Reactive Governance Specialist, TikTok Shop, EMEA

We're looking for a Reactive Governance Specialist to join our E-commerce's Governance and Experience team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for risk assessment, policy strategy, and operational execution of listing level governance policies in the EMEA region. You will work closely with moderation and vendor teams to improve quality and efficiency metrics, and educate internal and external stakeholders to ensure IPR protection is enforced across TikTok Shop.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.
• 2-5 years' experience in one or more of the following areas: Intellectual Property Operations, Risk Management, Trust and Safety, or Policy Development in the E-commerce or other tech industry companies;
• Strong project or programme management skills with the ability to meet deadlines;
• Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking and analysis with strong attention to detail;
• Ability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a fast-paced working environment;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively liaise with cross-functional teams, and collaborate with different business units and technical stakeholders.
