As a Lead Content Strategy Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end product development lifecycles, understanding user needs, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. You will also mentor junior team members and have international travel requirements up to 25%.
Requirements
- Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, Journalism, Media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience
- 3 years of experience in the copyright platform industry
- 3 years of product management experience building creator features or managing creator programs
- Experience in planning and facilitating user interviews, usability research, usability tests, and A/B tests
- Experience in building and managing user feedback loop, including triaging, quantifying, and prioritizing user pain points, usability issues, and feature requests
- Experience in utilizing Product Opportunity Evaluation Matrix and Customer Journey Map to analyze customer requirements
- Experience in interfacing directly with business leaders and stakeholders to present product or project documents
