Machine Learning Engineer - TikTok Search Ranking

TikTok is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join the Search Ranking Team, the core algorithm team of TikTok Search. The team is responsible for optimizing user experience and building a full-stack search engine system based on advanced AI methods to provide a world-leading search engine. The role involves developing industry-leading search and recommendation algorithms, exploring large-scale models, and improving search ranking algorithms using various techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in the field of computer science or a related technical discipline
• Proficient coding skills and strong algorithm & data structure using C++/Python/Java
• Solid knowledge of machine learning and practical experience in applying it
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Modeling experience in one or more of the following areas: Ads, Search engine, Recommender System, NLP/CV
